J' bought your software, but not average of l' to install. L' installation starts; a white page appears, then more nothing, and the mambot n' is not installed when I start again l' administration of joomla! How to make?

There are two versions for joomla 1.1.x and for 1.5 - make sure you have unzipped the downloaded zip file ( simple_image_gallery_pro )and you will see two more zips

plugin_jw_sigpro-j10-1.2.zip

and

plugin_jw_sigpro-j15-1.2.zip

upload the appropriate version

There is already a file called c:\program files\easyphp 2.0b1\www\mylocalsite\mambots\content\plugin_jw_sigpro.php - Are you trying to install the same CMT twice?

I have the same problem. I want to upload "plugin_jw_sigpro-j15-1.2" but i get this error: "Warnung! - Die Datei kann nicht verschoben werden" (Warning - this file cant be uploaded)
Any sugest?

PS. I thougt i buy a comercial modul to be sure that it works.

We do have simular problems.
In our test environment it works, but when we load it up to the internet the plugin is simply not found anymore. We even can not install it again.

I`m getting the same error..

"JFolder::create: Could not create directory
JInstaller::install: Failed to create directory "/home/httpd/vhosts/black-company.no/httpdocs/plugins/content/plugin_jw_sigpro"

And :

"Install mambot Error "

Using 1.5.3 with Legacy 1.0 activated.

unzip your file.
go to /home/www/yoursite/administrator/components/com_installer/mambot
create a temp folder. upload unzipped files to temp folder.
go to joomla administrator site, find installers/Mambots
choose install from directory, add the path /home/www/yoursite/administrator/components/com_installer/mambot/temp

should work

go to /home/www/yoursite/administrator/components/com_installer/mambot
go to joomla administrator site, find installers/Mambots

i just installed joomla 1.5, there is no "com_installer/mambot" folder, on the admin interface is no "Mambots" menu.

Permissions issue!

Try the solution os Aslan
or unzip the zip, change the permissions of the files
and zip it again. Then try to re-upload it to your system
