Am trying to use my very limited knowledge to temporarily solve my problem till I get the help I need in getting SIG fully working on my site and I'm not having great luck. 

SIG (using slimbox) opens as tabs when clicking on thumbnails, have listed all possible conflicts (extensions) on other list so now I'm now trying Lytebox instead (till I get help) but the transition from pic to pic is incredibly slow ... I've increased transition time to 10 but still very very slow. Am worried that it might be hard for slower systems.

PS  I'd rather use Slimbox seems faster & smoother; also need to know if its possible to place SIG {gallery} {/gallery} into Virtuemart flypage.php so that I can be more productive?  If possible, please - do I need more code (or instruction) to do that??

Hi Deb,

I have looked at your pages using Firefox.

You will probably get different results in IE.

But it needs to work in both!

- on the  Lustre Ware Puppies Salt and Pepper Shakers - the "View Full sized image" opens a pop up window of the image, but the smaller views take me to the Lytebox gallery and it seems to work ok.

In the plugin screen - have you got the Display Mode as "Normal" ? This is how the smaller views are behaving.

I can't work out how you have set up the "View Full sized image" because you cannot have both Display Modes on in the plugin!

I don't know anything about virtuemart.  But sigPro is added into joomla articles, rather than templates, and getting it to do what you want may just be about getting a folder set up that matches your product set up and then placing the gallery code in the appropriate article.

(I am very new to this too, so someone can tell me I am wrong about templates - I may just not know how to do this thing)

Yes - very frustrating to get no expert help - I think (hope) they are all flat chat making sigPro 1.3, and have no time for 1.2 issues because they will all soon be fixed in the next version!  Alternatively, they are tearing their hair out because they are updating to 1.3 and we keep finding more stuff for them to do and the end time just keeps moving into the future.

So here is an answer, such as it is!
