i bought the SIGpro yesterday and was hoping to work it

however, there is problem i am having it which is programming error
and page not found.

can you explain to me how to create the 'temp' file as i do get this one when i manage to get sigpro not interrupted my website

Hi my friend!

We include some checks in the plugin to see if necessary actions are made, for the right work of the plugin.

This error means that the script couldn't create an temporary folder.
You have to do it manual from the media manager of the joomla or from your ftp program.

You can find the path of the folder in the plugin edit area, at the bachend of the joomla.

i have created a folder called tempfolder in the media manager in joomla
and i have put the thumbnail parameter box images/tempfolder
after that still nothing is working

my root folder says images/muqdisho
where i have stored all the pictures.


so what shall i do next

You need to set your "Galleries Root Folder" in the plugin manager then set your "Thumbnails Temp Folder" in your plugin manager as well. After thats set your temp folder has to be CHMODED to 777 or 644 (try both 777 is what worked for me). I dont know which version you have but if you just downloaded it and you get an image type not supported error make sure that both your file name and file extensions do not have any caps in them (eg. MyPicture.jpg or mypicture.JPG is wrong, correct would be mypicture.jpg)
