multiple SIG galleries in one page: two bugs found

Oh, now I get it... This is a normal restriction. Here's why.

You've inserted SIG galleries in the introtext of your articles. So when you view these articles in the frontpage together, they will not have a different "id". This is because the 2 galleries cannot "see" each other to differentiate. This would happen if you used SIG free as well.

Have you understood what the problem is now? It's a natural restriction.

Perhaps will consider the option to be able to add such an ID manually to avoid such issues...

Ohhhh.  :(

Yes, I added the gallery to the "Main Text" area and it would not pull the other pics. However, I do need these images to show up on that intro area and not have to "click more" to view them.

I hope a future update will correct this.

Thanks.

You could try using only one gallery for now until we can find some sort of solution.

Please do not misinterpret things. Using SIG Pro you can add as many galleries as you want in your content. See the demo site!

People here were referring to a joomla limitation, the fact that if you add SIG Pro on the introtext area of your content items and then display your articles all together in blog category view, you will inevitably get all SIG Pro galleries linked together! But this is a joomla system limitation...  ;)

We are using version 2.0.4. Is there a fix for this issue yet?  We want to display images from only one folder at a time (not a combination of all folders) in the expanded view.

I'll also have the problem, that different galleries on one page are linked together. Is there a solution?

I think there are just a few things to change so it works that it doesn't shows the pictures from an another gallery on the same page.
