Hi there.

I searched the forum ,but found no response so I am posting the problem.

I can't get the lightbox-style to display. I just get an image in a new window.

I have deleted any possible plug-in that may conflict and I still can't get it to work.

The trouble shooting section stated that there was a work around to this issue. Just wondering waht t is.

Can you give us a direct link to the gallery to check out the issue?!

Also, have you tried the others popup engines?
If you work with the lightbox, check if in your template is already posted the mootools library. This could be the reason for the conflict.

However, I need to correct myself as in my moment of frustration I named the wrong popup engine.

The slimbox is not working properly in Firefox, but works in IE7.

And sorry for the question, but where can I find the mootools library?

As I can see, you are using now the Greybox engine and work just fine in FF and IE7
In the view source, I saw that the mootools library is already loaded.

If you want to use some other popup engine that use mootools you have to remove the extra reference to the mootools.
But you can use the Lytebox popupengine that use other library and has the same effect with the lightbox, if you don't like the Greybox!
