I followed the directions. checked files, names, etc. 10 times. Uploaded my "labels.txt" file to the image folder where my images reside, but still can't get labels to work.

I'm using 1.5
with Rockttheme Catalyst template.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to get teh labels to show?

Can you post a direct link to the gallery to check out the issue?
The labels txt is put in the folder of the original images or in the folder of the thumbnails? Because the txt must be in the folder with the originals photos

Have you saved the txt as UTF-8?

Thanks for getting back with me.

1. I did save it the txt file as UTF-8
2. It's in the folder where the images are located
3. I've double checked everything in the txt file for caps, spelling, etc. Still can't get them to show.

4. Using slimbox, it does not work on Firefox, but does work on I.E. 7
5. The URL to the site is: www.affiliatedsteel.com/services/polishing

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I like the plugin, and don't want to have to dump it off the site.

As I can see from your labels.txt fileat the end of the namefile you have put a slash.
Try to remove the slash and retry it!
