Installing SIG PRO wont create required directories was created by geekconnect

I have managed to resolve the issue with the 500 Internal Server Error - My FTP details weren't correct.

I now get a different erro and after 2 hours of research I cant find a solution.

The message I get is now:

JFTP::mkdir: Bad response
JInstaller::install: Failed to create directory "C:\Clients\xxxx\xxxxxxx.net.au\public_html\plugins\content\jwsigpro"

I have checked my permissions for the 'content' folder and it has read, write and execute permissions.
