Installing SIG PRO wont create required directories was created by geekconnect

I am attempting to install SIG PRO on Joomla! v.15.3

I get the following error message when I run the installation
JFTP::mkdir: Bad response
JInstaller::install: Failed to create directory "C:\Clients\xxxx\xxxxxxx.net.au\public_html\plugins\content\jwsigpro"

I have checked the permissions for the 'content' folder and it has read, write and execute permissions.

Any thoughts?
