I have a strange problem. My very first album worked like a charm. Nice thumbs and great gallery. However, when I uploaded some more pictures, the problems started. When thumbs are supposed to be created I get this message:

for each photo and blank thumbs are created.

I searched the forum and tried every trick I could find (and some I couldn't find as well)

Since the first album worked I guess all the prereq. are there (GD-support, writeable TEMP-directory etc).

Any clues, anyone?

It seems it was my own fault - when FTP:ing the photos they got screwed up, so the message "not a valid JPEG file" was absolutely correct!

Everything works like a charm now!
