Problems installing Warning! - Failed to move file was created by nickporter

I have just moved my side to a different server everything went well apart from problems with SIGP so I unistalled it on the new server and went for a new install but I cant get it to install I keep getting the following

JFTP::store: Bad response
Warning! - Failed to move file

Can anybody advise please
