I have a large number of photos about 3 Meg in size. I copied them to the directory and Simple Image Gallery Pro timed out. I am looking for an image conversion program I can use to quickly convert the photos to a reasonable size. It would be great if it can run on the website so customers can easily upload their photos and have them automatically downsized to reduce space and improve speed.
