Im tired of not getting answer from so called support!! Initially I had a problem with SIGP where it was display a error message saying error creating thumbnail. After getting no help what soever from support I actually reinstalled the whole joomla site. I then tried again to add the gallery but now get this error

I know it can be very frustrating when your calls for help go unanswered.  I've been there.

The known "Image type not supported" bug probably has 2 reasons.

One is that the server doesn't support GD2 graphic library
and the second is that cause the sig pro code, we need to rename the images in lowercase.
