How I can to do Alt and Title for images?

This is not the caption, this it the alt text of the image. If you want to change it you can just try to translate it since it is a language variable. The language file is located at administrator/language/xx-XX/xx-XX.plg_content_jw_sigpro.ini .

Hi there - I had a look at the file you refer to:
/administrator/language/en-GB/en-GB.plg_content_jw_sigpro.ini

But I don't see how I can get the ALT text to = the Image title.

When you hover over the image you see the alt text which is the image file name yet when you hover over the title/caption on the image the alt text for the title/caption is the caption.

I want to make the alt text for the image = the caption...

How do I do that?

You will have to change the markup to accomplish what you need. First read the section named "MVC templates: the power to customize the look of your galleries" at the documentation page at www.joomlaworks.net/support/docs/simple-image-gallery-pro .

Follow the steps there and create an override for the gallery template you are using. Then just edit the file default.php of the override you created according to your needs. You should see there all the variables ( language variables, captions, descriptions etc ) so you can use them as you wish.
