Password reminder

Now, the email says:
Since you'll be using PDS for the first time, you need to follow the "password generate/remind" procedure. Simply visit www.joomlaworks.net/component/option,com_jwpds/Itemid,38/task,reminder/ and enter your paypal email address, which is This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . A password will be emailed to this address with login details for PDS.
When doing so, I am told:
The e-mail provided does not exist in our database!
Would be glad if you helped me out.

You have received this message because the PDSs database wasn't updated at that time.
We are going to investigate this issue asap.
Please, if it is possible, retry to use the "reminder" later.

I still am not able to get a password, in case I would need an update or another copy of the script I purchased. My EMail (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. used with paypal just does not exist in your database.
It feels a little bit bot annoying that I paid for it, but am not a known customer to the PDS. Was thinking about buying the frontpage slideshow, but will not, if this issue isn`t going to be solved. I mean, I am perfectly satisfied with Simple Image Pro, but it seems JoomlaWorks is not able to solve this issue I have....therefore I am not satisfied with the transaction at all.

Well, the PDS client database is updated every Tuesday,
you can find the post about PDS, here .
As I can see from the thread, you purchased the plugin on Wednesday, 10th September.
The update of the database will be execute tomorrow.
I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused...
