i have install simple image gallery pro 1.2 on my website,but when i browse it by internet explorer ,it do not show the characters of the whole website properly , but it works well on firefox.

just the pages witch have sigpro gallery ,encounter to this problem,in ie

the unicode of this page automatically change to turkish (windowse),is there any way to set the characters to utf-8 .

i do not want to  disable auto detect feature of ie ,because i like to make most compatibility with all browsers(some one may not disable it).
