Firefox Pop up under top navigation was created by Glen Kato

The pop up goes under the top navigation. Is this a css issue? I'm also having some scrolling issues. I don't seem to have this problem with IE7. Any thoughts?

Hi my friend!

It's probably a z-index issue.
Open the css file of the engine you're using
and set the z-index higher that the z-index of the menu.
