Hi,
I have moved from a development site to a production site using joomlapack.

Everything seems to work ok, besides i have a small issue with the simple image gallery pro:

When clicking on the image, it loads the slimbox but on top of the slimbox a new browser page is displayed and this page shows the clicked image.

What could be wrong here?

Hmmm... I'm afraid I can't see the issue...
I use FF3 and IE7 and the plugin seems to work ok.

Can you send me a screenshot of the problem
or what can I do to replicate the issue in my browsers?

thanks for getting back to me so soon.

I am using IE 7, and this happens on both my computer and all the customers computer. They are all using IE7. But it did not happen at the development site, only on this production site.
Everything should be the same, all the settings and stuff. So i just cannot figure this out...

If you click on the first image, the lightbox is displayed, - but also a new browser window with the image. Please see the enclosed image of the error.

Hope you can make any sence of this...  :)

Sorry to ask again, but since the site is in production i need this fixed.

It's really strange this issue!
Is this linkfrom your developer server or from your production server?

I've already checked this link and the functionality of the sig pro
throw 3 ISP providers, throw IE6-7, FF2-3 ( pc ) and FF, Safari ( mac )
and throw web proxies from america and england. The result was just one...
The sig pro was working just right without any problem...

Also you said that in your developer server the sig pro works...

You are looking at he site throw some Intranet or restricted area?

This is the production site:

I have changed the pictures in the production site, but this has nothing to do with it cause the problem was there before i changed the pictures.

Both these sites are hosted at the same internet provider and server.

I am looking at the site through a "normal" line, no restricted areas and no intranet.
This issue is so strange... I am using the same browser on both sites with these two different results.

No you do not have to log in. Just visit the page called "Referanser" and click on the image.

Not that it's any help solving your problem, but I checked from home in FF3 and IE7 and they're both fine...

That is soooo strange....

Both me and the customer gets this problem on all their computers.
