Have you tried to change the popup engine oif the sig pro?
use one of the Litebox, Greybox or Lytebox that don't use the mootools library ( already used at your template ).
Thank you!

I'm trying to use Litebox but flash movies and some images appear forward to popup.

You have to change the z-index values for flashes and images to not overwrite the z-index of the sig pro layer.
Search this forum about z-index and you will find several tips!
With the others engines you still have this issue?
Thank you!

Yes, I have same issue with other engines... but now I'm solving using Litebox and transparent flash movies. :)
Thanks! :D
