The sorting options are located in the extension's settings.
In order to access the settings, open the sidebar and click on the gear icon.

Thanks you, but there are the only posibilities that shows in basic settings?
Sometimes I need to order by another criteria, and for this there are not tags, or only drag...?

Unfortunately, these options are global options and they apply to all galleries.
