I've placed 3 galleries on one page and it all works fine in Firefox.  But when I try to view in IE7 I get an error, firstly a new browser window opens when I click on the first thumbnail, then I close this and click on the Next button and I get a 404 error.

I would really appreciate some help.  I've done all the recommended things like changing permissions, naming conventions etc but can't figure out why it won't work in IE7.

I've just checked out the site using FF3 and IE7
I saw that both the browser parse ok the plugin
without "404 error" or "new window" issue.

What OS are you using?
I tested it with IE7 ( ver. 7.0.6001.18000 ) under windows vista with service pack
Have you enabled any add ons which could have conflicts with the js script?

Thanks for responding.  I'm using IE7.0.6000.16757 on Windows Vista Home.
I don't have any addons apart from the Google Toolbar.
Any ideas?

I checked it out also from my home computer with the same result, the good parsing of the plugin.
Can you please confirm that you can see the same issue from another pc with the IE7?
Could you disable the antivirus program for an instant and check if the issue still exist?

I disabled Mcaffee and it did stop it opening in a new browser window but I still got the 404 error when I clicked the Next button.
However I tried it on my laptop which has a different antivirus programme and a slightly older version of IE7.0.5730.13 plus it's XP instead of Vista and it worked perfectly.

So I think I'm happy for the moment and can only hope that it's some combination of my Antivirus/firewall programme, Vista and my version of IE7.

I'll get some other people to check it out for me on their versions and see if mine is just an anomaly.
