Same issue here. My joomla cache is set to NO. and all my names are simple lower case no spaces. Everything works fine except the thumbs are white and I am using the latest plugin so not sure what is wrong. I have cache folder at 777 so any help would be appreciated??

Have you tried enabling the debug mode inside the plugin and see whether or not there is a specific error?

Yes tried debug mode in the plugin and nothing. Also emptied cache and also I can see that the thumbs are in the cache folder ready to show but they are just simply white on the site. Also have joomla cache to no etc. Any other suggestions. I have also done a full install twice now.

Your problem seems to be CSS. You have a declaration that overwrites the SIGs CSS and therefore you can't see anything. The thumbnail appears through a background image and it's being overwritten by the statement ul li img that has background:none. You have to change that statement somehow.
If you can't find a way to do that let me know to approach this with another way. :)

Thank you very much for looking into this and spotting the error. I will try and comment out this line in the css file and see what damage it does to the template ;) great plugin by the way.
