I have loaded Simple Gallery and all went well I am able to see photos etc. But I am getting a error message on the pages.

Notice: Undefined variable: gd_support in /var/www/vhosts/newsite.piranapokerbc.com/httpdocs/plugins/content/jwsig.php on line 83

I have tried uninstalling and installing again and same error. Can anyone help on this please.

Hello, I have followed the instructions with installing Simple Image Gallery Pro and installing the latest version of Joomla, and uploading images etc. Each time I try to preview within Joomla I get a blank page. I also don't know where to find the article page online to be able to view the images through a web browser, is it the index.html within the folder of pictures I have uploaded for SIGP to view. I could do with some simple step by step advice as I'm new to this. I have read and tried to understand SIGP instructions, but the instructions are limited (especially the troubleshooting guide) can someone please help!

Hello, thanks for getting back to me. I am unsure where to locate article file within my site. I have been testing with the 'fruit' images folder within the example Joomla content (/home/joioecln/public_html/images/stories). Within the article file I have simply put

'TEST

{gallery}fruit{/gallery}'

I'm assuming that the 'fruit' folder will be displayed as a slide show of some sort, below the word TEST.

I know I'm asking very basic questions, and I apologise for this. As far as I can understand up to now the file to navigate online to is:

www.living-gallery.org/images/stories/fruit/index.html

I'm assuming this is the article saved as a file, but I'm not sure, the article name is: lg-gallery

I hope I've told you enough but if not please ask me more and I'll try my best. Thank you in advance for any help.

Thank you for your latest response, the actual issue is just my lack of understanding! But I am learning now thanks to you.
You're right of course the TEST works fine, my problem was that I didn't know how to find the link to the page itself (from within Joomla). So the page you found: www.living-gallery.org/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=46 I didn't know how to find. The article I started in Joomla only indicates the article id which is 46, but how do I find out the rest of the link, like you did?

You have to learn just a bit how the menu of the joomla works!
You could check the tutorials from the joomla.org!
