What happens to my site? Simple image gallery works but SIG PRO does not work.

At first, worked perfectly with moootools but stopped doing so. With thickbox, greybox, Litebox works like this:

How could it work again with MooTools or at least make it work properly with the rest?

Same here! I've been using the Pro Verion for awhile and it has been
working. Now I try to install it and I get errors. Went back to
the free version and it works!! I want the extra bells and whistles
and don't mind paying to support the developers, but shouldn't
the Pro Version a little better?

Had error message about change image size error, but when I went
ahead and installed the free 1.2 it worked fine. Let me know when
they get the bugs out of Pro.

Also, I logged into account to check on update and saw all my
licenses, but got an "you are not able to access this area" error
message???

muddauber: I agree, it's unfortunate they didn't make it as simple as the free version.. I purchased the pro version and was NEVER able to use it.. They will not give refunds either.. So now I can't donate to other "working" products for a while.. Best, Mike

You hacked the code and incorporated a new engine to the plugin. Kudos to you!!!
But you can say that out plugin doesn't work!
Yes, of course there could be some conflicts with the templates full of javascripts
but for this reason we are here, to help you with that!
I can't understand why you demand a refund when all we know that the sig pro you have can be used to other sites...!!! Do you know that none make refunds in softwares products!

I can see 4 images using the sig pro, right?!  :)

When I check the script with FF3 and IE7, the script seems to work just fine.
The issue appears under some other browser or under some other condition?

You have to go to the header when you click on the image to see the problem, check it again please, pictures are now up:

I check it with FF3, IE7, mac and pc. It works fine with Simple image gallery but not with SIG PRO.

Yes, it's an z-index issue, you can search about that in this forum
You have to set the z-index of the header layer less that the z-index of the sig pro

Give it a try!

The first time I saw the problem, I changed the z-index ... but higher than it was  :-[

Now it works perfectly even with mootools!!!
