After waiting to have my support email and or Forum request even replied to I UN-INSTALLED the SIG PRO plugin and went with Rokbox from Rockettheme. It's truly a shame that you charge a fee for a "PRO" version but don't have the resources to help your paying customers.

Thumnails show up great. When I click on one the gallery starts to generate an image but before it does it freezes. I would like to use Greybox (AJS) I have tried all slimbox,thickbox,litebox and lightbox. I also have the SIG Banner rotator working. I have unpublished it and tried all boxes as well with no change. GD2 Lib is installed. My menus are using mootools it is a Rockettheme "Chromatophore" joomla ver. 1.5.8 No "Legacy mode" The site is www.saugusbaseball.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=35:pepperdine-1-17&catid=19:2009-varsity-gallery&Itemid=45
Any ideas?

UPDATE:
1. I disabled JCE (My template uses mootools for menu). JCE and moo were working perfectly together.
2. I changed menu to Suckerfish
3. I tried changing to stock joomla template. (No change on SIG performance)

None of these had any effect. I still get a 404 error on all popup engines but Greybox and Greybox "simply" freezes when you click on a thumbnail.

A normal response rate is from 1 to 4 days.

In your case we received your posts on the morning of the 28th Jan and we respond today, which means within ONE day. We believe that to be a very good response rate.

As I saw the template you are using is full of javascript
and this is the main reason that a lot of 3rd party plugins have conflicts ( and not only ours ).

You could give us the time to help you but you didn't.

Actually, I'm having the same problem and would appreciate an answer. I can see my thumbnails fine and when I click on one it continues to "think" or freezes at the loading screen. Any suggestions? Thank you.
