The "Order of Appearance" options do not work.
I get the same result no matter what they are set to with the exception for "Default".

The "Default" option makes the order "Alphabetical" - which, thankfully, is what I need.

ps - having to rename all the images to "lowercase" is really annoying! They free version of the program worked great.

Take a look here in order to solve the lowercase problem:

I am sorry my friend but the names of your images have both lots of numbers and letters too like this 6442d4b533e6088612c47d88358c7c91.jpg. Try to rename them with simple names if you want alphabetical order or just numbers like 1.jpg or 354.jpg and you will see that the order of appearance you will choose will work.

I used the same images with names 1.jpg, 2.jpg etc and I used the default ordering
and I can see the thumbs with the right ordering.

What ordering are you using?
