Can not install Simple Gallery Pro was created by fpakay
I have tried to install SGP three times and I get the same error each time:

JFolder::create: Path not in open_basedir paths
Warning! Failed to move file.

I am new to Joomla and not very experienced. Newby.
I am using Joomla 1.5.9

Any Ideas?
