I'm having a lot of difficulty getting the thumbnails to display.  If i change the size of the thumbnails from anything other than the default of 200X180 (which is a little big for my liking), they all bunch up and overlap.  The worst thing is they display completely differently in IE as opposed to firefox.

Have you tried to empty the temp folder every time you use new values
for the dimensions of the thumbs?

Also, I have noticed that the tag {gallery} hadn't been parsed in the link you sent me.
Is it enabled?

I had the same issue and once I set the CORRECT path to the temp folder the thumbs worked fine.
