I have bought and installed the simple image gallery PRO plugin without problem.

I have inserted the plugin in a test article but I have only a blank page, with no
thumbnail.

Do you have ANY idea to solve the problem?

I try the workarounds that the troubleshooting tutorial suggest but without any good results.

Can you please post the code you used inside the content item?
Also, have you checked the path of the folder if it's right?

the code I have inserted int article is simply:


{gallery}prova{/gallery}

the directory prova is ok and the path is images/stories/gallery/prova

I have set the main directory images/stories/gallery in the plugin setting.

However I'll send to you a superadmin user and pwd
