HELP! Plugin manager "enabled" column is missing (SOLVED)

I have installed SIGPRO 1.2 and now the Joomla admin plugin manager is no longer showing the "enabled" column so I cant enable the plugin!  So i went in to the jos_plugins table and enabled it there but the plugin is still not working.
It worked fine on Joomla 1.5.6

I am now on Joomla 1.5.9

Has anyone else had any issues?

I have logged out of Joomla, and logged back in now the enabled column is visible in the plugin mangaer as normal. (phew!)
