Hi, I've been using SIG Pro v1.2 without problems... upgraded to v2.0 and now any page that had a gallery on just gives me a total blank screen  :(

Any ideas? I'm on Joomla 1.5.10 - I see some posts in the forum on this - but old dates and no coherant fix / solution.

I tried turning on debug mode - no difference - Tried using the different script options (MooTools, JQuery etc) - All still brining up blank page....

I've had to uninstall 2.0 and go back to 1.2 for the time being  :(

It wouldn't be anything to do with me using the old parameters would it - and the new 2.0 freaking out when it reads them?!?!? My typical code with 1.2 is something like...

{ gallery }ray/csa/worldcuppics/india_ireland:95:95:1{ /gallery }

(without the spaces of course either side of the galleries!)

It's nothing to do with having more than one SIG on a single page is it? Can anyone confirm they are using more than 1 on a page?

If that's not the reason, then I'm still having no luck with this  :'(

OK - Yes I was just guessing about the multiple galleries thing - That rules that out then.

As I said hidden in original post, I did try and enable the debug mode but nothing changed - still a complete white page. I'll aim to double check in next 24hrs and post back here... Thanks for looking at this  :D

This is still the last version of SIG Pro at the momemnt though (the one that works for me!) - I'll try and do the upgrade again tomorrow to double check whether debug mode casts any light on the problem..... but I am fairly sure I tested that and got nothing before.....

Tried the reinstall - and this time all seems to be fine.

So I'm up and running with the latest version  now. Yippee!  ;D

I am having the exact same problem as described above, SIG Pro 2.0.4. I have uninstalled / reinstalled many many times but cannot get it to fire! I get a blank page with nothing in the source. Same in debug mode.

I was using Joomla 1.5.4 and have upgraded to 1.5.14 but has not solved the problem.

Don't know what else to try, please help!!!!  :'(

@markbignell, please provide us a url to your site... This post is for errors caused by SIG Pro upgrade, not for Joomla!. Did you upgrade SIG Pro with a newer version too? What error do you get exactly?
