I am using SIG Pro v2. My settings are Slimbox (Moo Tools), Single Thumbnail. I keep getting a server error on larger files. Smaller ones load fine. Can anyone tell me what the max file size is? The one I am having trouble with is 108 images total size of 15.2 mb.

There is probably some limit in your server for execution time for php scripts. This is what's causing the errors. In such cases, you need to break down your gallery to fewer images. Try 30-40 for starters and see how it goes. ;)

This is not a SIG Pro limitation but a server setting limitation, posed usually in shared hosting environments for performance reasons.

In single thumb setting, does SIG Pro still generate a thumb for every picture? If it does, is there a way to limit it to just rendering that single thumb?
I am guessing that that may help resolve the server limits if it can be done.

Otherwise, what server limits might they have in place? Maybe it is something they can adjust for my site? Or, is it time to go shopping for a new host?

Normal memory limit is set to 64M. If it's too low, you may get errors when you have lots of galleries. Thumbnails are created for all images for various reasons.
