Turn off thumbnail caption but keep it in "full" view

In v1.2 I never used a caption on the thumbnail but when users opened the image they would see the full caption. After upgrading to 2.0.3 today I don't seem to be able to do that.

I do not want any caption on the thumbnail, be it my own caption or "click to open" etc, so I set caption word limit to 0. When I do that my entire caption shows for the thumbnail. I ultimately want my caption to only appear when the photo is enlarged. An example of a gallery is here where I have the caption word limit set to 0. www.fowlerhistory.org/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=84&Itemid=60

Any ideas on what I may have missed?

Setting the word limit to 0 is like not setting it at all. Thus the script disregards this value. I'll include more caption view options in 2.0.5 to address that.
