No labels.txt file being generated was created by ennovation solutions limited

using 1.0.15.

Have set the mambot params to read content of caption file in the 'Default caption (label) handling'. Root folder is images/gallery.

My content item is:

<p>{gallery}600th_anniversary_ball:::0:2{/gallery}</p>

The images display but no labels.txt file is created in the gallery folder (or anywhere else!.)

using SIG Pro v2.0.4

Any suggestions as I want to name the images for orders.

Hi there!

Hmmmm... Do the folders, where the images are stored, have reading / writing ( owner's ) permissions?
Does the system return any Warning or Notice when you have the debug mode of the sig pro on?

Aha!! setting the folder permissions where the images are stored to 777 gets the labels.txt file written to the image folder called by the mambot.

It's essential that your joomla website has proper read/write permissions inside the folder images/stories as a base minimum in order for the plugin and joomla itself to function properly. ;)

all my files and folders are 777.
