Need Serious Help: Completely broke my site was created by Alison Dadak

Hey everyone. Just downloaded and installed the plugin. When I insert the code into an article it completely bonks out. The code is below.

{gallery}photo_gallery:150:150:0:1{/gallery}

Here is the URL:
www.pcacswim.com/index.php/about-us/photo-gallery

If I remove the gallery code, the page works just fine. Thanks
