1)Popup engine Slimbox2 produces lightbox effect but with a narrow white line across the screen instead of the image.  This works fine in FireFox.
2)Popup engine Slimbox produces two copies of the lightbox effect for each image and you must close two copies.  (In both IE/8 and FireFox)
3)Popup engine MultiBox for IE/8 produces a flash of the correct lightbox image which immediately goes to the top of the screen in a little white band across the screen with the footer directions beneath it.  For FireFox, appears to be a z-index problem with "Top" and "Left" Joomla items in front of lightbox image.
4)I just uninstalled IE8 and reverted back to IE7.  Same oportunities as above.
5) Everything works OK in Safari for PC and Google Chrome.

Any direction to correct this for Internet Explorer would be appreciated by this newbie.


6)I downloaded and re-installed SIG Pro.  That solved many issues.
