Hi All

I'm having a problem with the thumbnails not changing according to my settings.
When first installed, Simple Image Gallery Pro works just fine. It displays the images 'zoomed in', which is what I want.

When I change things like the size, or theme they are no longer zoomed and it doesn't seem like the thumbnails change.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but theres no change. I've tried clearing the joomla cache, but this too didnt help. 

Its doing this on two different websites I'm using it on.

Is there something I need to do to get it to regenerate the thumbs?

I am having this problem too, i renamed some images and I have the plugin set to "Order Alfabetically" and its not regenerating the thumbnails in order. However when I click on them, the thumbnail does not match the image it opens.

Is there a way to regenerate the thumbnails?

you'll find the galleries under "Our Projects" on the menus on the right side, i only tried renaming the pics of one of the jobs "Locos at Abercorn Commons" and I saw they were not rearraging so I didn't change the rest, but I have to. If you hover over the images on that job you'll see the link point to pictures on the wrong order, 4.jpg, 8.jpg, 1.jpg

Nope, all my pictures are .jpg

the reason i bought SIGP was to use it particularly on this website and it is not working, and as far as I can tell Technical Support is not doing such a good job.

Check if you have permissions issue. If joomla cannot read the folder
you must to change the permissions to 777 or 644.

It seems so strange to me that y'all can't give me a real solution - ALL MY IMAGE FOLDERS ARE SET TO 777 AND THE PLUGIN IS CONFIGURED TO READ BY ALPHABETICAL ORDER - MY 8 IMAGES ARE NUMBERED FROM 1-8 AND THEY ARE NOT BEING ARRANGED PROPERLY, AND OBVIOUSLY JOOMLA IS READING THE FOLDER BECAUSE IT IS DISPLAYING THE IMAGES.

You have set your images to display alphabetical despite the fact that your images has numbers for names  ???... So open the file with your images, rename them and reuplaod the folder and of course clean your cache!
