No html allowed in TITLE in SIGPRO was created by Smitan

HTML is allowed in the description, but unfortunately not in the Titrle.
In Denmark, several people have names with ø æ å in it and they give problems.
Using the html-codes for these characters does not solve the problem.

Writing ø in the Description gives a nice ø, but in the Title it gives the code. :(

I'm having the same problem here too, where HTML will not work in the title. - Anybody know how I could fix this?
