You have to modify the js file according to what popup engine you are using.
For example if you have choosen the slimbox2 you have to look up in the plugins->content->jw_sigpro->popup_engines->jquery_slimbox->js->slimbox2.js and find the Image "number" of "number" and make it "number" ⁄ "number".

Be careful because the js files used in every engine are different with each other and each time you have to look up for Image and make the appropriate modification.
