i paid for this plugin and need some assistance.

PLUS.. you guys may want to check out your site search features they apparently have some problems. IE- if i'm inside this section and search for thumbnails from a thread, i get no results. if i search from the forums main page i get a bunch of results.

so please dont tell me to search first, i apprently did and discovered a problem with the searching!!!

i want my thumbnails to represent the size of the image demensions the same as the free version did. IE- if the main image is 2:3 ratio i want the thum to be the same. i dont want to set a 2:3 ratio for all thumbs. i may have two pictures in a gallery with different dimensions. i want each thumb to represent the dimension of it's corresponding picture. the free version allows this. how do i do this?

plus, the lack of support is really bothering me. i see a lot of unanswered requests for info. that makes a paying customer feel as if the seller is saying "your stupid". not good business practice!!!
