if this forum had admins who gave a crap, these thing that are constantly coming up, would have been sticky/pinned/tagged/what ever by now!!!

i have searched this forum a bazzillion times tonight for specific needs. the search feature sucks at best. there is no telling how many threads i read through before i found out why i'm not getting the sample caption text file. a simple change to the installation guide telling to chmod your image folder to 777 would have solved it all. if not a change to the instruction, then a STICKY post would solve the issue.

instead, the mods/admins here make you feel like an idiot by not giving you the time of day. nice customer support guys. real classy!!!

sorry i used the word crap and sucks. BUT, i paid for this and cant get it to work right. i followed the installation to the letter. when i select for it to use custom captions, it does not create the text file. if i add a text file with the information inside it it still does not show anything but the default captions. i cant even turn the default captions off.

i have had many problems with this program, maybe crap and sucks are not the right words to use... assist me in finding more appropriate words for a PAID program that does not function properly, and where the tech guys apparently fumble around with explaining better how to get stuff to work. i do hope someopne enjoys spending my $17+USD because i regret spending it here.

so. tell me how i am supposed to instal this program and make the captions work the way they are supposed to.

When you do changes to the plugin you must always clean the cashe to see them.
