Hi, just another small question. In a previous version of the SimplePluginGallery (Pro) I had the opportunity to display the informations of labels.txt only in the popups. But now I think it isn`t possible to switch in a mode like that, or is it? If yes - how to do?

I liked that because if you use the normal mode to display the galleries it looks not good if the text is bigger/larger than the thumb-width. And so I thought maybe is a easy solution, only to kill the HTML-tag in the template.css but it doesn`t work, hmmm???

What can I do to display the captions not on the thumbs - but in the popups??

You can do the following:

1) Read the documentation of how to make a template overwrite of the plugin. www.joomlaworks.net/content/view/51/41/

2) COPY the folder /plugins/content/jw_sigpro/templates/Template you are using
to /templates/YOURJOOMLATEMPLATE/html/jw_sigpro/Template you are using.

3) Go to the CSS file inside the copied SIG Pro template and at the end of the file add  .sig-caption {display:none;}

Hi Yiota,

I`ve done what you say but there is no change ... but I`m also not sure what it means ...?? After this - is it necessary to disable the Simple Gallery (I use version v2.0.4) in joomla!1.5.12/administrator/plugins? No I`m thinking - if I do that nothing will be displayed, only the pure text-path. I`ve copied the folder "Default" in /templates/ja_purity/html/jw_sigpro/Default ... right? And then ....?

In the documentation they wrote: "This means you can copy the Simple Image Gallery PRO template you like inside your Joomla! template structure, override its styling and of course not worry about re-editing your Simple Image Gallery PRO template whenever a new version is released from JoomlaWorks."

Sounds good but how can I "enable/activate" it or what I have to do after the things you say? Sorry but I think I didn`t understand the sense of the Templates overrides .... excuse me, I`m a starter you determine and now you can see again that`s right ;-)

Do you have some hints for me? Would be great!!!

The Template overrides means that you have a copy of the plugins (and everything else that has template files including modules, components, etc.) templates files inside your template and when you want to do any modification you simply modify the copied files and not the original files. Also you don't have to worry about destroying anything because you always have the original template files.

Now after copying the plugins template files to your template did you open the css file and added the class I told you?
Could you send me a link to your site?
