Solved: Keeping NEXT and Previous buttons always up was created by BlueRocker

Does anyone know how or where in the code I can modify it to always keep the NEXT and Previous buttons on and not just visible when someone mouses over the left or right side of the photo?

Litebox - english. I see where it calls the previous and next link in the code but don't know how to modify it.
