Please help, issue with cache folder (not permission).

I'm having problem with the white thumbnails but I figured out what the real problem is.

SIG Pro has permission to write the cache folder to create the thumbnails, but somehow those thumbnails are immediately erased automatically, I think by the Joomla. So everytime I run the gallery for the first time on a page, thumbnails will show up, but after a couple refresh, they will be gone white again.

Please help I just purchased this a few days ago and I have never had any support since the beginning of this problem.

Have you tried to disable the cache from the global configuration and see if the white thumbnails are there again?
