Thumbnails don't change was created by Todd Lawson

I followed some of the instructions including:
1. Clearing the browser cache
2. Changing Thumbnail cache expiration interval to 0

None of these worked. Any suggestions?

Captions won't shut off either.

I went away for a couple of hours and now it works. I'm sure that the caching was the problem. Who knows.
