to version <= 2.1.7 of jce utilities was possible it to open on the same side a photo with jce utilities lightbox and to have several photos at the same time as gallery with simple image gallery. since version 2.2.1 of jce utilities is no longer possible this. the lightbox function of jce does not go then any longer.
here the explanation of jce:
the problem here is with simple image Gallery, emergency JCE utilities. The difference between JCE utilities 2.1.7 and 2.2.1 is that 2.1.7 used JQuery instead OF Mootools. It is not possible to use JQuery with 2.2.1.
jce have contact the coder from sig with this problem and jce give me the answer:
The Simple Image Gallery developer has informed me that an update released later this week should solve the problem.
i buy at this time the sig pro version. but with this, is the problem too. i can only use the lytebox-function from sig pro.
is there no chance, that jce and sig can solve the problem with one another?
or - have a person a workaround?

i used the free version from sig and the jce-editor with jce utilities a lot of months. for any weeks, i have updated the jce utilities to version 2.2.2. to this time, the problem is actual:
in a lot of articles, i have a picture with a short text before the readon-instructin in joomla. this picture is resized for example on 150px. the picture is to open with jce utilities lightbox.
then, i have the text from the article. at the end of the article, i have the sig gallery-function.
before jce utilities 2.2.2 (with version 2.1.7) the lightbox from the introduction-picture with jce was good and the gallery-function with sig too.
with version 2.2.2 from jce, the lightbox-function from jce utilites is broken. jce say:

my question - it is not possible, to make a solution, that, when JQuery or Mootools is loading from another plugin, that sig not load the second one?

the picture before readon is with jce utilities lightbox - the other pictures at the end of the article are sig pro (with lyteBox).

If you choose to use Mootools with the SIG Pro what happens?

with mootools, jce utilities lightbox works. but with the two mootools-function in sig, we have problems (see attachement).

What if you just choose to not show the intro text inside the article and therefore just have the article with only the gallery inside?

is this possible - the introtext not show in the article? i dont know...
but this is not a right solution, i think.
fact is, jce and sig have a problem on a same site. jce say that (see the first thread).
jce use JQuery - sig too. and the two have a problem on the same site.
it is not possible, to make a contact from sig to jce?
