I searched the forum and I find the error listed many times but I could not find a satisfactory answer. HELP - just paid €12 for this and can't even install it. :(

Using Joomla 1.5.14.

I believe that the zip file you have in your possession is plg_jw_sigpro-v2.0.4_j1.5.zip and when open it you see a folder named jw_sigpro, and 3 files named en-GB.plg_content_jw_sigpro.ini, jw_sigpro.php and jw_sigpro.xml. Right?
I suppose you haven't change anything that has to do with the name of the zip file.
Did you check the permissions of the temp folder in the root of your site?

:)Thanks - that was it - I changed the permissions in the temp folder to 777 using cPanel and the module loaded. I did not realise that I had to do this because I had sucessfully loaded other modules without doing so.
