I just purchased Simple Image Gallery Pro, followed the instructions to unzip the top container on my pc and then proceeded to Joomla to do the install. I selected the version for Joomla 1.5 but the installed failed. I suspected it was due to ownership permissions between my pc and the Joomla administrator account. So I uploaded the install zip file to a server share and tried again. I got it already exist message. So I went to uninstall the partial version using Joomla's uninstall but that failed stating that the  "Manifest File is invalid or not found"

I would like to start the install process again (this time with the correct ownerships (and tmp, cache, plugin set to 777). Can anyone help me resolve how to uninstall Simple Image Gallgery Pro so that I can start fresh?

an old Intel pentium design engineer called and told me how to resolve my problem. He said to simply go into MyPhpAdmin account and delete the simple image Gallery plugin. He then told me to chown to admin the zip file once I uploaded to the server. So I did and everything installed.  :)
