I have an issue with the display of the single thumb view gallery  - default and elegant display fine but artistic and sleek do not. I was told to do a template overide which i followed carefully.

The first part was fine but on the second part instructing where to copy the artistic folder to:  /templates/YOURJOOMLATEMPLATE/html/jw_sigpro/Artistic
I discovered there is no jw_sigpro folder within the html one only three other folders ( com_content  mond_main menu  and  mod_syndicate )
I was advised to create a jw_sigpro folder and continue with the copy path, which i did and placed the artistic folder inside.

There is no difference to the display,  the sleek and artistic are still not dsplaying properly while the default and elegant are.

I am diving into this so not familiar with coding....and I had to post this here as I could not find my last post on the forum and your answer....sorry.

The gallery program is fabulous, if only i can get the artistic one like the demo!!

I see that now you have published the default style in SIG Pro.
Can you also PM me access to your administration so I can take a further look?

Did you get my PM with access to the site?  Its still not working in artistic and I am not sure if you have seen it or not?

I'm sorry but it seem that you have only sent me the password of your admininistrator. I will need a username also in order to login.

It's not that the Artistic isn't working it's just the appearance that is not right. Your template's CSS overwrites the plugins and so you have this problem with this gallery template.

Also for the Written by... you have to set to the article's parameters to Hide the name of the author.

How do I correct this, to get the artisitc style as in the demo of SIG.

Do I have to change the template.

As I just noticed the plugins template file isn't loading for some reason. Could you delete any CSS you have put inside your template's CSS that has to do with SIG Pro?

I never put anything in there as far as i know apart from what you guided me to do. I uploaded the plugin and followed the instructions to override the template and mentioned their was no folder called  sw_sigpro in the destination location.

I then created the folder as guided

I dont know CSS so I dont mess with it....I just want to get the artistic style gallery working....why does the other gallery work and not this one?
