Is the template.css file inside the Artistic override folder (www.theislandequestriancentre.com/templates/equestriantemplate/html/jw_sigpro/Artistic/template.css) empty?

Go to templates/equestriantemplate/html/jw_sigpro/Artistic/template.css and make the following changes that I mark in red bold letters. (Actually it's just the last one with the padding because the float exists from previous correction).

li.sig-block {
background:transparent none repeat scroll 0 0 !important;
float:left !important;
padding:0 !important;
}
