hi

i first used SIG free version and liked it for my clients website so I purchased the pro version and used it ..

the thumbnails are looking weird..u can see the white and shadow looks are completely out of place...

i cant fix the problem..also any changes I make to the plugin from the joomla admin panel doesnt show up for 5 mins...then it starts showing up :S

plz help really confused!..the free version was working great..but it didnt have the option of labeling the images and thumbnails so i decided to purchase the pro version

for installation i just unistalled the free version and installed the pro version and activated it.

this is very dissapointing..i purchased the pro version because i had recieved help for the free version...but it seems no1 helps u for the paid version...!

Your problem is clearly CSS. Try the making the following changes to the CSS file of the plugin (plugins/content/jw_sigpro/templates/template you are using/template.css)

background:#FFFFFF none repeat scroll 0 0 !important; (remove the background)

}

li.sig-block span.sig-link-innerwrapper {
border:1px solid #CCCCCC;

(add background:#fff; or whatever color you like)
}

li.sig-block span.sig-link-wrapper {
background:transparent url(shadowAlpha.png) no-repeat scroll right bottom; (if you like remove the shadow)

padding:0 5px 5px 0;
}
